Building Europe's accident reporting platform

Minsas combines a driver mobile app with a fleet portal for accident reporting across Europe — insurer-neutral, built in Europe, and designed for real-world claims workflows.

From paper forms to structured data

For decades, motor accidents in Europe have been recorded with paper forms and free-form photos. Many insurance processes went digital, but the moment of the accident — the most stressful part — often stayed on paper.

Minsas was created to close that gap. A digital assistant tied to the driver and the fleet, not to a single insurer, that follows the familiar EU Accident Statement logic but produces structured, digital information.

A small European team with insurance industry experience

Minsas is developed in Vilnius, Lithuania by a team with more than 20 years of experience in insurance, IT, finance, and data. We have worked inside insurance companies at senior levels, led core system implementations, and managed real claims processes. Now we're building tools that work in the real world — for drivers, fleets, and insurers.

Built by people who know how claims break in the real world.
